Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Azoolify ("Azoolify," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our marketing website at azoolify.com, use the Azoolify application at azoolify.ai, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide: account details (name, email address), pool details you enter, chemical readings and history, support messages, and any other information you choose to share.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and diagnostic data, collected automatically as you use the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers stored on your device for essential functionality, analytics, and (where permitted) advertising; see "Cookies and Similar Technologies" below.
- Marketing and campaign data: referral source and campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags and Google click identifiers) that tell us how you found us. When you start Azoolify from this site, we also use a random journey identifier to connect the page and campaign you came from with signup, trial, activation, and subscription milestones. Landing URLs are stored without query strings, and referrers keep only the site origin. This journey record does not include your email, pool chemistry, support messages, payment details, or claim tokens.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services, including AL GEE's recommendations.
- Communicate with you: technical notices, support, and, where permitted, product and marketing messages you can opt out of.
- Measure and understand how our Services and marketing perform (analytics).
- Advertise our Services, including measuring ad performance and, where you have not opted out, showing you relevant ads (remarketing).
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Services and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that fall into three groups: (1) strictly necessary cookies required to run the Services; (2) analytics cookies that help us understand usage (see Google Analytics below); and (3) advertising cookies used for measurement and remarketing.
The random journey identifier used to carry your selected care path and campaign into signup is first-party, session-scoped functionality. We record your analytics-consent state with that handoff, but we do not use the identifier to set advertising cookies or send pool or payment information to analytics providers.
We use a consent management platform and Google Consent Mode v2 to manage these choices. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent banner and non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies are not set until you give affirmative consent. Visitors elsewhere may adjust their choices at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" / cookie-preferences control, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" where applicable.
Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our website and app. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage and device data as described above. Where consent is required, GA4 runs only after you consent.
Google Ads and remarketing. We use Google Ads to measure conversions and, subject to your choices, to show you ads on other sites and services (remarketing/cross-context behavioral advertising). Under some U.S. state laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), this use of advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in "Your Privacy Rights and Choices."
Google processes data as described in its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising, email, customer support) under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Advertising partners (such as Google) in connection with the measurement and remarketing described above, which may constitute a "sale" or "share" under certain U.S. state laws.
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Everyone. You can adjust cookie choices at any time via the "Your Privacy Choices" control, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages.
EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR). Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, marketing), the performance of our contract with you (providing the Services), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services). You have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California and other U.S. states (CCPA/CPRA and similar). You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the "Your Privacy Choices" control on our site, enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, or email us at info@azoolify.com. We will apply your opt-out to the browser and, where we can identify you, to your account.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@azoolify.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there and in other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the applicable standard contractual clauses.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
